Job Description

We are looking for a smart, highly productive, and detail-oriented Remote Research & AI Content Assistant for a short-term event campaign. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with online research, lead finding, AI-assisted content creation, and organized tracking of information.

The ideal candidate should be able to research relevant people and companies, support outreach tasks, and create engaging social media content drafts using Canva and AI tools. This is an execution-focused remote role for someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and produce quality work with speed and consistency.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who is internet-savvy, understands how to use AI tools productively, and can work with focus in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• 🔎 Search LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other public online sources for relevant people and companies.
• 🎯 Identify exhibitors, delegates, speakers, founders, investors, and decision-makers related to the campaign.
• 🗂️ Collect and organize publicly available business information in a structured tracker.
• 🤝 Send personalized connection requests and short introductory outreach messages where instructed.
• 🎨 Assist in creating engaging social media content drafts using Canva or similar tools.
• 🤖 Use AI tools effectively for content drafting, idea generation, caption writing, post variations, and workflow support.
• 🧠 Write and refine prompts to get better, faster, and more useful outputs from AI tools.
• 📊 Maintain proper daily activity logs and update assigned sheets accurately.
• 🔄 Coordinate with supervisors regarding priority leads, content tasks, responses, and follow-up actions.
• 💻 Work remotely through company systems and follow Time Tracker requirements.

Required Skills

• 🗣️ Good written English and clear communication skills.
• 🔍 Strong internet research ability and attention to detail.
• 📱 Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter professionally.
• ✨ Ability to create engaging social media content using Canva or similar tools.
• 💡 Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity/content tools.
• ⚡ Must understand prompts and know how to use AI tools efficiently to improve speed and output quality.
• 🚀 Highly productive, self-motivated, and able to work with focus in a fast-paced remote environment.
• 📈 Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tracking tools.
• ✅ Able to follow instructions carefully and work with consistency.
• ⏰ Organized, punctual, and serious about deadlines.
• 🌟 Previous experience in research, lead generation, admin support, social media support, or virtual assistance is a plus.
