Weβre looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our brand and support our customers across various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a desire to help people. Whether it’s answering questions, solving issues, or simply being there for our customers, youβll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner ππ¬βοΈ
- Resolve product/service issues and ensure customer satisfaction β
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions π
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when needed β οΈ
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information π
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution π
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers ππ€
