Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and answer queries.

4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

1. Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
2. Previous experience in live chat support or a customer service role is advantageous.
3. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
5. Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
