Job Description

We are looking for a smart, highly productive, and detail-oriented Remote Research & AI Content Assistant for a short-term event campaign. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with online research, lead finding, AI-assisted content creation, and organized tracking of information.

The ideal candidate should be able to research relevant people and companies, support outreach tasks, and create engaging social media content drafts using Canva and AI tools. This is an execution-focused remote role for someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and produce quality work with speed and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • 🀝 Send personalized connection requests and short introductory outreach messages where instructed.
  • 🎨 Assist in creating engaging social media content drafts using Canva or similar tools.
  • πŸ€– Use AI tools effectively for content drafting, idea generation, caption writing, post variations, and workflow support.
  • 🧠 Write and refine prompts to get better, faster, and more useful outputs from AI tools.
  • πŸ“Š Maintain proper daily activity logs and update assigned sheets accurately.
  • πŸ”„ Coordinate with supervisors regarding priority leads, content tasks, responses, and follow-up actions.
