Description

Bixisoft is looking for an organized, proactive Website Project Coordinator to lead our WordPress projects. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, structuring content, coordinating tasks, and performing final quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and document requirements 🖥️
• Create sitemaps and define page structures ⚙️
• Collect and organize content (text, images, logo) 🎨
• Coordinate work with the designer and developer 📜
• Run final QA (form testing, responsiveness, broken links) 🔧

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in English 🗣️🇬🇧
• Basic understanding of websites and SEO-friendly structures 🌐🔍
• Familiar with copywriting to effectively craft clear, engaging, and audience-focused content ✍️📣
• Organized, deadline-focused mindset 📅⏰
• Familiar with Trello, Notion, Google Docs, etc. 📋💻
