Batool Shamim is the founder and CEO of BixiSoft Private Limited, an emerging BPO IT services company in Pakistan that provides innovative solutions for businesses and organizations. Batool has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, having worked as a Freelancer, project manager, and consultant for various local and international clients. She started BixiSoft in 2023 with a vision to create a world-class IT company that leverages the talent and potential of Pakistani software engineers. Under her leadership, BixiSoft is growing and serving clients across various sectors such as education, health, finance, and ecommerce. Batool is passionate about empowering women in technology and is an active mentor and speaker at various events and forums. She is also a board member of BrownBag Private Limited an Ecommerce company operating in Pakistan. Batool holds a Master’s degree in Mass Commumication from the Karachi University.
